Complimentary Gift Wrapping - All items will arrive in beautiful packaging. However, if you would like free gift wrapping, just choose the gift wrap option when you place your item into the shopping cart. We'll do the wrapping and include a blank gift card for your use.
Custom Orders - are welcome and encouraged! Contact us for an estimate. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at time of order with the balance due prior to shipping. Please don't fear, we will be in close communication with you while your piece is being made and we will work with you for your satisfaction.
Sales Tax - NJ residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 7%.
Shipping - will be done via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Given the "made-to-order" nature of Nan's jewelry, items will take 3 - 4 weeks to arrive.
Returns - Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your merchandise if you wish to return or exchange an item. Be sure to use a trackable shipping method such as FedEx or UPS and insure the package for the full value of your item. A full refund of the purchase price will be given when the merchandise is received by Nan Lewis Jewelry in its original condition with the receipt.
Custom Orders may not be returnable if the nature of the item makes it unlikely that it could be resold to someone else. This decision will be made at our sole discretion. Please contact us to discuss return of a custom order before mailing it.

We may occasionally send you e-mails or mailings regarding our products and services which you can opt-out from at any time. Your payment is processed through PayPal® through their secure server.
