These rings were designed as wedding bands or commitment rings to say, "I will love you always, through all the peaks and valleys of life." But guess what? They are cool rings to wear for any reason, so don't feel restricted by labels!
These stunning rings are made using the wax build-up method to make a model and then cast using lost wax casting. The Peaks and Valleys are random and unpredictable (just like life) and each ring size will have a unique pattern (just like you.) The bands are 6 mm wide and feel quite substantial, yet comfortable. They are cast in a special form of Sterling Silver which is tarnish-resistant, so your ring will stay brighter longer than Standard Sterling does. But some folks love the way Standard Sterling darkens over time - - gives the item "character." If this is you, no worries! In your order just specify that you want it in Standard Sterling Silver.
For a unique ring custom-made for you - - just e-mail me and specify size and desired metal. A deposit will be required and the final price will be based on the metal market prices at the time of casting. To get an idea of cost, the rings in the picture (as of April 2006) are:
Size 6 1/2 - $240.00
Size 9 1/2 - $270.00
